The building, which meets the highest standards of accessibility, sustainability and efficiency, houses a bike parking with capacity for more than 100 bicycles.

The developer EURESVA has announced the bicycle parking of the CV15 Building. Located in Avda. Cortes Valencianas and the work of the prestigious architect César Azcárate Gómez, under the project management of the AICEquip team, this central office building has been designed to become a benchmark for energy sustainability and mobility, that benefits from the improvements that the city of Valencia has made in this area in recent years.

In fact, the building as a whole will own the LEED Gold Certification, which confirms the developer's commitment to respecting and improving the environment, in line with the commitment and needs of the various companies that will be located in the building.

Under this premise, the building has a large space for secure bicycle parking with capacity for more than 100 spaces, with tools for bicycle repair and maintenance.

The installed parking facilities are two levelled, and one of the most internationally recognised types of bicycle parking facilities. They are an efficient, safe and convenient solution for high-capacity bike parkings, and make functional use of space.

We are very pleased to have been able to participate in the installation of this bicycle parking in the city of Valencia, where in addition to the bike racks and the tool station, we have provided information on safe routes to the building so that employees can cycle to work.

The presentation of the bicycle parking for employees was attended by the Councilor for Sustainable Mobility at the Valencia City Council, Mr. Giuseppe Grezzi, whom we were able to interview recently, and who has been able to see first-hand the quality of the facilities to easy mobility by bicycle for workers.
